Dear Parents and Carers,

We are all aware that an important part of this term is to prepare your children for their transition to secondary school. With this in mind I have attached a range of really useful resources that will help prepare your son or daughter for the next stage in their education journey. If your Y6 child is in school their teachers will be going through these documents with the them but it will be helpful if you also discuss the contents with them too.
